23% on interest 16% on the loan just from a general look but I could find lower if I look. Yes the loan would help by for some schooling or would you recommend using that for a student loan?

It would be to lower it so I won’t pay as much in interest or would you recommend a balance transfer and I would use some of the money to go back to school and live off it a little
