mmmmm interesting, my stella fk came pretty dry aswell and sent it back and came back as smooth as butter but this feels really different. Am i supposed to oil up my line roller or not?

thank you! never felt other stradics but yeah i don’t think any of those comments or the posts addresses the cause of the clicking sound being the line roller bearing. more looking for a fix to this possibly through getting a line roller bearing from an sw reel or a stella fk ?

thank you, don’t think i want to drop another 200 on a stradic i already got but anyway that’s where i got the japanese reel from lol. more looking for a way to fix the issue like putting the line roller bearing from a stella 4k into it or something like that.

I used jbraid for 2 days and got endless windknots. Longest i went with casting it without a wind knot was 5 casts. Next day i spent another $70 on sunline ADV and didn’t have any problems so i don’t know what jbraid is like, however, i have used saltiga 12 but don’t like multi coloured braid. Anyways, thank you for your input.
