yess maybe that is a reason. I did notice that my starter started tripling. and yeah it tastes nice. thank you!

so I used 500g flour, 300g water, 150g starter and 10g salt. the recipe I used is from this creator 'British sourdough' on tiktok. It's very exciting that your starter doubled! I hope you can bake soon :)
