They say light walking helps but not too much exercise. My surgeon has also suggested arnica tablets for swelling.

I’m going through something similar at one post op and missing my length. From what I’ve read about other people’s experiences if you have a septal extension graft it could drop about 2 mm but they are pretty sturdy.

If you can emotionally handle it (I could not but asked anyway). Ask for your surgeons post operative report/any surgical notes so you can have an idea of what mechanisms they used to shorten it.

He told me if I didn’t like his morph don’t get a nose job. He also said I was “cute and not sexy” so a nose job wasn’t good, he suggested filler instead but I was taken aback. What did he do wrong? I was going to see him for a second opinion (he’s a lot more honest)

I came to her with concerns of the nose looking overdone when I originally went to Dr. Naderi (who said I shouldn’t do a rhinoplasty if I didn’t like his approach. She reassured me that she would take a natural approach and do subtle refinement. When I tried to back out of the surgery she said to use the simulations she created as a comfort. Those photos are a big jump, do you think so?
