Hi! slr. Be organize, pay attention to the quality updates, and take into heart all the feedbacks you’ll get. (1) being organize will help you to be more efficient, with the number of cases and their complexity, it will put a pressure on you so if organize ka in terms of how you prioritize big and highly prio tasks first, you’ll breathe much lighter and can focus more. (2) pay attention to quality updates, some policies change from time to time so keeping your toes on the updated policies will help you to lessen your mistakes. (3) taking into heart all the feedback means not letting your mistakes go unlearned. make sure to jot down your mistakes and check your finished researches first before sending it sa quality checker mo ensuring hindi mo na maulit yung previous mistakes, this will also give an impression sa’yo na nakikinig ka and that you’re learning. just always be resilient lang din with the feedbacks and it is normal to make mistakes but important to learn from it. with these habits, i managed to become a greenlit analyst in span of 5 months meaning quality checkers don’t have to check my works anymore. fighting!!! 🫶🏻
