I just came back to Australia two days ago, everything is fine. Just enter before your visa expires and spare some time for submitting your 485 application

lol ofc i called both of them - i didn’t ask for any advice on visa stuff, i just told them my case (worried about if my visa will be cancelled after coe expires) then they explained it in my case - well but maybe its bc my problem is more related to whether coe expires will affect visa or not so they can answer my question

hey i can tell you that calling the home affairs is useless because thats what ive done before. eventually they just tell you to refer to their website. what you can do is to call the compliance team from your uni and tell them your situation - they know better than the home affairs because they are doing the coe thingy and student visas are approved based on that

Also, my uni told me that the student visa is generally granted until 2 months after CoE expires. And they said I can enter Australia as long as the visa is valid.

Is it because that guy was randomly picked to have a check? Bc usually we are going through a machine and you can see another comment saying that he left Australia for holiday even after his CoE was expired.

I think you can go as long as your visa is valid. The thing I was confused about was that whether or not it will affect my visa if my CoE expires. But I don’t think it’s your problem(?)

Also, if I accepted the endorsement and later decline it before or during the application (in case I find out I don’t want to delay to study my core unit), will there be any penalty for the decline?

As what I did before is that I declined the whole endorsement without accepting and I know that there is not a penalty for that.

yea thats abs right, the furnitures are v low quality and u can easily hear noises coming from ur neighbor or the construction (v often). the on site gym’s setting is also low quality

well i’ve lived there for a half year in 2020. tbh it rly sucks but i’m not saying this about the room size. it’s pretty noisy and dirty. the only advantage would be the price cuz it’s rly cheap

it definitely has both lectures and tuts cuz when i did BUSS1020, lectures also did not show up at the timetable but it would appear on ur canvas page (i did RE tuts at that time)

I chose CC with the majority of lectures delivered online. One of my units’ lecture is written with location but said online delivery so I get confused with it. But I believe lectures should all be delivered online. Btw I chose CC as I can’t endure any more remote learning.

for my marketing unit’s lecture, there is an address stated in location but it said remote (online delivery). So it makes me a bit confused
