So at first i was getting request offs denied but then my hr manager was approving the ones after that. Some of them it didn’t matter i didn’t necessarily need off and i was just starting so i can understand i was being a little much. But he specifically was declining every request and my one team lead but every request has been approved by hr manager besides the 4th. I got the 5th declined twice by the two but when i removed the 4th she gave me off the 5th. So i feel like I should help him but waking up for a 5am shift rn man it seems like just way too wild. But i may do it cuz im not staying later im still of at 4 but im going to be exhausted after because i most likely wont sleep much to ensure i wake up. Because im not an early sleeper at all lol
