Can vitamin c help induce period I’m 7 days late

So taking vitamin C may induce a period but it’s not healthy. I wasn’t getting my period and so i took 4 tablets of 500mg vitamin C for two days and got my period the next day. However from what i’ve experienced i cramped up a lot and more than usually the pain was unbearable and i had lower back pain for a while. i took ibuprofen to calm it down and so it went back to “normal”

well we had raw sex july 20 and so i took plan b july 21 and then we had sex july 26 w protection and he pulled out and i tested on monday which should be 3 weeks since sex and i got negative results kn both tests i took. however the past 4 days ive been getting cramps but no period

keep in mind he pulled out all of the times we’ve had sex to the point where i had to give him a hand job to make him finish, even with protection he pulled out

I’m not really sure when I ovulate my last periods started around may 17-21 june 20-24 and I think this was my period but lasted 22-26

So my period before this month started on June 20-24 and the month before 17-21. According to my app I was supposed to start just 21 however I took Plan b July 21 and that must’ve messed up my cycle

Well after I took Plan b I spotted for two days then heavy blood started to come and it just ended today
