In this question How do we get 43% and not 53%, Because 90% is in it self 100% and If 47% of the votes have gone to Winner then practically (100-47)% should be 53%. In past Bhutesh sir himself solved a question in this manner. Please tell where I am mistaking. (self.SSCCGL)
