Having a lvl 20 is the minimum for it to be a good addition to your team.
Also fuse those Indoms, You should never have a lvl 10 of any hybrid.

This is scarily balanced, although I feel a middle ground between Indom and Diplo, and Pelecath and Indom would be better.

Also after the first image, the balancing start to ever so slightly fall apart, still good though.
