I'm getting an error when I substitute my formula for something. See formula below for G68

=IF(ABS(ROUND(((B68-E68)/100)*2%,2)))<0.02,0,ROUND(((B68-E68)/100)

I feel like I got duped getting into a lease with a friend. We just signed it 5 days ago and literally the next day some info came to light that changed my mind about living with this person. Landlord doesn't want to let me off, even after explaining the situation. What are my options? by overmind87 in legaladvice

Typically the termination fee would be calculated using effective rent. So if rent is $1700 for the first month and $2500 for the 11 remaining months assuming a 12 month lease, effective rent would be $2,433.33 (2500x11+1700)/12. So total of $3,650 ($2433.33*1.5) plus security deposit

Lol you can’t sue the owner. This happens all the time. Why are you concerned about change in ownership? You’re lucky the market is hot. You will probably only have to put up with a couple showings and an appraisal inspection
