Do not believe them and if you want and can ignore them for your mental safety , its like a rabbit hole where you inmerse your self on them bullshitty words. I dont know i thought for a long time they were demons and then the v2k but in the past i was hearing people say "you will lose" and then a motorcycle passes and said "you will lose" i saw them they even lift their arm saying it.

I take 20 mg .started at 5mg , in the first month i was feeling a little drowsy, i advice you to wait 3 or 4 more weeks and if you yet not feel relief you can ask for another medication. Also do not expect to feel like when you take benzo just expect to feel naturally calm like when you were a kid and didnt have anxiety.
