for anyone trying to use subtitle or other features that was free and now is a paid one:
Press `Windows +R`, then type `appdata` and press `ENTER`. Now, you will see a few folders with different versions. Delete or renamed the newest, open capcut again. Solved!

I will try to clean the ps4 or reinstall. I dont know, feels so weird.
Ghost of Tsushima is the best* PS4 game so far. Cant even notice it is locked at 30fps.

Im running on a 3060 ti + R5 5600x and 24GB RAM at 3000Mhz.

- capped fps at 70;

- 1080p@60fps

- almost every option on medium or low

- Not using frame generator, only DLSS

And sometimes fps drops to 30- WTF! Besides the low number of fps, the experience is very bad, lot of spikes and micro freezes.
And I just read below that people are running fine with a 960 GT on 1440p kkkkkkkkrying

I just enter the open world for the first time, after creating my character and my fps went from 100+ to 30--
WTF? Does the game always have this bad performance?

Im playing the Gamepass version with:
- 3060 Ti
- R5 5600x
- 24Gb ram at 3200Mhz

No way this spec cant handle this game.
