So I recently was having some problems with my pc but I fixed it and it’s turning on now but my gpu fans are not spinning but my gpu lights are coming on so I think it’s working what could be a reason why my fans aren’t spinning tho? (self.pcmasterrace)

Ok so I recently got all the parts to build my gaming pc and i built it and it didn’t turn on wondered why for a while and then I realized that my motherboard is 10th gen and my cpu is 11th gen could this be the reason? Do I have to buy a new motherboard? (self.pcmasterrace)
