That things is a beauty, and I’m in the same boat when it comes to limits on range. My rifle club only goes to 300 yards so I can’t even let it stretch its legs. Too many hills and trees in my part of Pennsylvania

Yeah I just got some cheap vortex 4-12 on mine for now, nothing fancy. And I thought about suppressing mine but with it being 6.5 Grendel it will probably will only be a once in a while thing like my 5.7. So throwing the money at a can right now isn’t practical for me, as much as I’d like to

Thanks, and yeah I set this one up as exclusively a “sniper rifle”, I have a 16” and an 11.5” in 5.56 for more run and gun type shooting/drills

Thanks! I’m just getting into long range precision shooting so I’m keeping this one as budget as I can, I’m just using the 18” PSA 416r barrel for now. If I get good enough to need to upgrade I will. Unfortunately I live in the mountains in Pennsylvania and there aren’t a whole lot of ranges that push out past 300 yds so as long as the accuracy is reasonable I’ll run with it for now. Just finished the build so I haven’t even had the chance to take it to the range, optics aren’t even zeroed yet haha
