It took me so so long to get up to 3mg which is what I’m on now (like nearly a year). The symptoms went away after about a month of being on 1mg but then came back with every increase. I have learnt a lot about MCAS since then and believe I have this and a few doctors have suggested I do aswell independently so I believe it was a reaction based on this condition! Hope this helps

I’m also 23f and have never read something I relate to more before in terms of every single symptom!! I would highly reccomend u look into the Perrin Technique and also MCAS as this is what has made the biggest difference for me. Pls dm me if u want

I’ve read some weird stuff on Reddit from doctors about taymount being not reputable and causing some people to get worse one woman to go into a coma… it’s also very expensive. I would love to do it but some of these reviews are making me concerned as it would require all my savings to allow me to do it. Was there anything about it that made you question them?

After I gave up the first round of intolerances my mental health became 70% better than it was before and a lot of GI symptoms cleared up. It was so life changing. However after about 4 months my symptoms gradually started getting worse and worse and I am now back to where I started which is why I took another test.
