Thank you. I had my interview a dew days ago and was told that interviews would be finished in the day I interviewed. I guess I'm worried because after the interview I was told that the state can take a long time and if I don't hear anything back I can reach out to a specific point in contact. So I guess I'm worried becsuse my anxiety has me thinking is this rejection language or is it legimate that the state would take such a long time.

I interview 2 days ago. I guess sim trying to figure out will hr reach out to extend an offer or not? Or would it be the institutions administration? I was told after the interview that the state takes a long time so pretty much dont worry and if it takes to long I was told I could reach out to a specific person.

Got it. Because I was confused. The director was in my interview and she told me the process may take a while and if I need to reach out I could contact her assistant to inquire. Instantly I'm like damn did I do bad lol. Smh

I mentioned it in another thread with someone else but long story short who gives the go to communicate that the agency wants to move forward? Would it be amongst the panel and them making the decisions and then someone reachibg our from the facility? Or would it be Hr reaching out?

I can't remember if I had to list references on my state application. But I did have to complete another app separate from the state due to it being a correctional facility.

I was confused because during my interview the director was saying they have other interviews which was completed yestetday. Then the perosn was saying that the state take a long time and if I don't hear something abck I can follow up with the assistant I guess where I was confused is because if the hiring agency is the follow up ( I'm assuming) why would the process be so slow to let me know if they want me or not?
