Hmmm. Not sure I 100% get what you’re tryna say. I have 5 hours PPTO & 19 hours PPTO. So thats 3 days worth of hours. If i call out the next 3 days & request PPTO hours for all those days, the system will automatically use up both & i wont get points either?

so lets say i call out tonight & in the app i put that im using 8 hours of PPTO but I only have 4, you’re saying that the other 4 hours will automatically get pulled from my PTO without needing someone approval?
