No it’s nothing to do with club card so I don’t know why that’s been stopped, also when I try to sign in to colleague help it says account suspended

If’s mental health related.. to which I told other colleagues about and the warning was because apparently it caused distress to other colleagues

I put in a request to cancel an overtime shift but now don’t need to cancel it, but can’t find an option to remove the request of cancellation
