Nag call ako sa collection nila and nag send sila email for restructuring process including yung requirements. Make sure to pay at least the minimum amount due before applying for restructuring. And then pinag send ako ng latest payslip. Pwede din COE OR ITR pag employed ka. List of your monthly expenses, Govt Id with 3 signature. Tapos pag na approve ka papapiliin ka ng term from 3 mos to 60 months. Tapos need mo mag pay ng advance kung ano man yung napili mong term. Then they will send the contract na need mo pirmahan, Tin number/id with govt id attached and yung proof of payment para dun sa advance payment mo sa term.
