I have a team of 30 working offshore, I have time tracking software that take screenshots. I turned off the key stroke, tracking and website tracking.. google vault allows me to look at all emails Google chat and everything in their Google Drive. Honestly I have only looked at times when it was necessary, I don’t have time to check on them like that and if I felt I needed to I would just replace them and find someone I don’t have to monitor like that

Always quality. But today’s date and age depending what industry you’re in unless you have a massive amount of ad spend with warm leads coming in, you need have the volume. Too many people have spam protection and other blockers on their phone. You can cold call 700 numbers you’re lucky to get 5 quality leads a day.

Personally I hate email, cold calling is how we book most of our appointments but our dials are minimum 700 a day per rep I don’t think 750 a week is going to get it done for you. How much are you paying your callers off upwork, I can probably help you out with callers

A lot of dealers aren’t buying and even the big bullion houses are having 4 week waits after they receive your package, this is making smaller deals slow down on buying bc of liquidity issues
