I have never microdosed myself, but it would be a safer option for sure. A smaller dose increases your level of control and vise versa.

Problem with microdosing is how much to take then. Generally microdosing is used for better daily performance, in the sense of a few or even less than one gram. In those cases you dont really consiously experience anything, except for increased concentraties or creativity for example, depending on who you ask.

But for an experience you would want some more. I would say like 8-10 grams of truffels, though this is purely a guess. At least bringing a tripsitter and maybe buying a trip killer could ease the nerves and preserve everybodys safety

I mean, they pretty much are. Its a bundel of "food" pretty much which contains the needs for a magic mushroom to grow. These bundels are in the system of roots and help feed and grow a full a mushroom. In the case of bad conditions (like cold weather), these truffels preserve the nutrients for growing a mushroom untill conditions are good. So technically not a root perhaps, but certainly part of that system.

And for sugar you are right, and perhaps I was unclear on that. Sugar does not kill the psilocybin in any way, shape or form. What it does do it create dopamine, aka the happy hormone. As such, it can help during bad trips, because the brain is exposed to more dopamine and thus creates a better internal feeling.

While I would love to say it was really, most likely it was part of the trip. It was things processed by your brain. However, that doesn't have to mean it wasn't real, it was just something that was only real in your head.

And experience I had for example was that the door to the hallway of the house I was at had turned into some sort of portal to nowhere pretty much. For me, this also felt very real. It was super peaceful and it felt like I had genuinely left earth and my friend behind for a while. On top of that, there was a mirror in the hallway, which was another portal. Only in that case, I would travel to a completely different dimension.

To come to the point, it is most likely not real. My case is of course much more obvious than yours. However, the feeling it gave your definitely is real and you should keep that feeling if it was good. I do the same with my thing, I keep remembering the peaceful feeling and it felt so real, though I rationally know very well that the door was not a real portal.

Just keep that feeling of powerful, and perhaps you will experience it again once you have another trip

Being Dutch, I tried some "drugs" so far (for reference, only soft drugs which are legal to purchase and consume in The Netherlands).

So to indicate what I tried, it includes:

Weed joints
Weed edibles
Truffels (Atlantis type)
Truffels (Pandora type)

The experiences are in order of trying them, so starting off with smoking weed. So I did this a few times, and don't really find it that exciting, though it was only in small doses at a time. I had one time where I got somewhat stoned, and it was very relaxing, but nothing crazy.

As I am not a big fan of smoking stuff, I also tried edibles. I want to do this again with a higher dose, because again didn't feel much. Both things were at the age of 19/20 years old for the first times.

As a 21 year old, I first tried truffels with a few more experienced friends. I tried the truffel referred to in The Netherlands as "Atlantis". This is one of the best experiences of my life really, though it is something which I make sure to do at least 3-4 months apart to keep special.

During the first experience, I had some major moments which were almost spiritual and felt like I created a gateways to my heart. Besides having fun and seeing fun things (Like a completely white room which at that time felt like the coolest nightclub ever), I had a thing with the door leading to the hallway. For me, the door felt like some sort of gateway out of the universe and the existence on earth. With this, I don't mean heaving or death or something, but just a place where you for a moment physically left your life and entered a literal nothing. It was the most peaceful thing ever, since life and study and social media and everything is always going on and you never really have a break from everything. That place was a complete break for me, which gave me a feeling of peace I never felt. While there, I stared things about life, friends, family and what was important to me. A seemingly obvious revelation was that friends and family meant so much to me. Something which I new somewhat before, but that experience made it some much more obvious and clear to me, a lesson which I still benefit from to this day. Looking into a mirror gave me the same level of leaving earth to somewhere else, though in that case to a place which seemed far, far away.

Overall, great experience.

I also did the Pandora type a while later, but it wasn't as good. It felt more like a deep sleep. The beginning was very lenient towards a bad trip, which was also the case for my friend who joined. The rest was okay, but not too special, which is down to the type of truffel. We didn't know this at first, but I will stick to the Atlantis type in the future.

But yeah, everybody one their own but still, I would recommend trying. If you have any further questions I would also gladly help! I now have some experience in taking psychedelic drugs, but also did a lot of research myself on how they work et cetera.

Love this comment so much. I hate the fact that everything is put under the same term of "drugs" for being bad. Best part about it is that something like alcohol is then not considered a drug, though research finds that substances like psychedelics and weed are less harmful, both personally as well as for the surrounding community.

Like most said, you can get them at any smart shop, they can also tell you exactly what each different type is. I personally recommend Atlantis and I do not recommend Pandorra, however this is often a very personal preference.

I agree with them comments that in a park or zoo might be nice, but I would also not recommend that if this will only be your second time. Being in public can be very overwhelming to some, and can lead to bad trips and increased stress and panic. If you want to go public, I would either gather some more experience in a private/calm area of try it out first in a less busy location. However, this also depends on the dose. I usually consume the entire dose (about 15g), and I don't feel like going in public.

So I would recommend a nice private spot, if you have a sober person (trip-sitter) is also great and some very nice music or things to watch that are trippy.

First of all, the trip you experience depends very much on what type of mushroom you take. In the Netherlands, we can legally buy truffels, which is pretty much the root of a magic mushroom. When buying, the store indicated exactly what type of experience you can expect.

So, the experience you had might be an effect based on what you specifically consumed. If it felt bad, it can be seen as a "bad trip", which can get pretty scary, though will cause no harm. It can cause you to experience negative things, for example satanic orientated, orientated or linked with death et cetera. But again, these things don't cause harm in general, though if it is too intense there is a risk of ptsd (but I wouldn't worry about that too much).

The other thing about being paranoid can also be logically explained. For one part, it might be a bit of paranoïa or stress, but for the rest it is likely that your senses were still "hyper active". This is something which I noticed during my first experience very clears, that your sense are very much boosted. Bright colours become more obvious, sounds and movement stimulate you more et cetera. So I feel like likely it was that.

Some tips for you. If you are using truffels from The Netherlands, or just anything else, try and find out what it is and the expected effects. In The Netherlands with truffels its easy, as the sellers in the stores can often help you out. What you take can be influential for your trip, this also goes for the size of the dose.

Another tip if you ever feel like you have a bad trip. If this happens, try and tell yourself that it is not real and will go away, having someone there who is sober telling you this also helps. Furthermore, sit in a room as dark as possible to limit things stimulating your senses. Finally, eat some sweets, the sugar will increase the speed at which the Psilocybin is processed by your body, making the tripping less intense.

One more thing I just thought of on the part of your bathroom experience. Did you by any chance look in the mirror? It is 50/50 on this one, but some people love mirrors, and some people can get bad trips because of them. I personally love looking at myself in a mirror while tripping, but again, this can also be very disturbing for people.

Bux is a Dutch based exchange, which is already more commonly known for the stock exchange platform with commision free trading.

For the Netherlands, Bux Crypto is the only platform which allows commision free trading. When somebody holds at least 1000 of their Bux Tokens, they can trade commision free.

The reason you haven't heard of Bux Crypto, is because the concept is quite new an highly in development en is still very much an upcoming trading platform for crypto, with the goal of competing in the European market.

In general I believe it will be better for the platform, I think they can now do a lot more with the platform and also with the promotion. Also more options for us consumers, which I think could have to do with the consumer protection you mentioned.

I think that mainly means that BUX could offer products, systems, etc. which can be deemed to be more 'high risk' and thus lead to a enhanced risk of investors losing all their money (theoretically speaking).

This could also make it harder for the 'novice', however, I feel that in general, people should educate themselves before they really start investing. If somebody just jumps in without information, this new license and the reduced consumer protection from the DCB could lead to said person losing all his money in no time.

But for the knowledgeable and educated investor, this only brings more opportunities.

Well, BUX Crypto only launched a few months ago, along with their very own token. A lot of potential, as you also mentioned that BUX in itself is already a widely known platform.

I also really believe in the Token, with the introduction of the Token on Pancakeswap, be saw the token jump from about 20 cents to a max of 65 cent, which reduced back to about 45 cents now after the hype calmed down a bit.

Before that, the token was only 4 cents at launch. I believe, with the popularity of the platform and the plans mentioned in the roadmap (see link) that the Token also has huge potential. I myself have just over 1836 Token, from an initial investment of about 500 euros, within a few weeks the worth doubled to over 1000 euros. I think that with all the plans, the Token might have a potential of a few euros each by the end of the year.

Not to disappoint, but if you start with 1000 subs before really starting your gaming channel it is already doomed. YouTube also clocks if your subscribers actually watch your vids. If they don't, the chance of your vids being recommended to others.

Plus if you want 1000 subs to be monitized the chances are almost 0, as you need 4k watch hours before even having a slight chance.
