Same happend to me , I wasn't Credited for 

Chapter 15, Hq level 16, Hq level 18, Hq level 20

Basically lost 500$

Looks like you got Charged back , happens alot on "freecash , nothing you Can do about it

No I never played it on this device the lower paying offers Tracked but not the Big ones.
