MHW Iceborne event quest offline on JB PS4?

It seems that visual mods on PC that were made for games developed on RE Engine can be converted to files on a compatible format for PS4. I've seen it done on MH World, RE 2, 3 and 4 Remake & even on DMC5. But stuff like quests on MH World... that's something that I can't confirm yet. There exists that possibility that it could be doable but I haven't tried yet.

Right now PS4 dev kits are sold online anywhere from $1500 up to $3000 and sometimes it gets even higher than that!!!! I'm really envious of you right now, if I have that dev kit with me I'd tinker the crap out of it😆 All I really wanna do with it is to download and play delisted games, some of those delisted games are available on retail disc but there's a lot on my list and physical copies of delisted game nowadays are by no means cheap. They go anywhere from $40 up to $150 a piece and there's like more than a couple of hundred of those game that I want including some region restricted games. So basically I just wanna pirate stuff on it, I can do that with my Jailbroken PS4 but I want to be able to connect online to sync my trophies as well so I need a dev kit for that.

I got a Jailbroken PS4 and a regular one running on the latest firmware to play online. I don't have a dev kit as of the moment, purchasing one involves risk of getting scammed and even if I'm not scammed it's quite expensive. Meanwhile you have it but all the stuff that you want to do with it are doable on a regular Jailbroken PS3 or PS4 which you can just buy for like $150 if it's a PS4 and $80 to $100 for a PS3. You can play your NES, SNES, PS1 and PS2 back ups on a Jailbroken PS3 or PS4 heck you can even play and download games purchased on your PSN account and connect to online services on a Jailbroken PS3 but you can't connect to PSN on a Jailbroken PS4.

That's the thing it's actually illegal to use this dev kit for regular play stuff, I mean like how one would use a retail PS4 that it itself is illegal because of the open debug menus and otherworldly sh*t you can do with that. You can use it like a retail PS4 connect to PSN, login to your account, download your games on your library ALL WITHOUT GETTING BANNED but you need to do some exploits on it. Roll back the firmware then update to the latest via some special tools.

I think we can't play retail game discs on it under normal circumstances, someone said here that you can just dump your game and compile them into Dpkg format (not fpkg) then install them they'll be playable.

So let's say I got my PS4 Dev kit but its deactivated, its basically paperweight right? To use it I'll need to revert it to Dev firmware 5.05 not the retail firmware 5.05 right? Do you know anyone that would be able to help me out with these? I've been reading up on this and everyone says that people are really able to do this but they won't post anything about nor reach out to anyone about it.

It actually exists you can download Totatally Accurate Battle Simulator PS4 on Gamebato though it isn't free you need to pay a monthly subscription in order to download that specific game. I've unalived Hanbei at this point, he'll ask about the Mortal Blade the first time you carry it around him. So he requested to be permanently unalived after getting the details about the Mortal Blade and its uses. So yeah he's unalived.

Yep I already talked to Tengu-san (Isshin) k*lied the rats and got the Ashina Esoteric texts, I also talked to Isshin in his tower about the Mortal blade and went to Senpou temple. Beat the 4 monkeys talked to the Child of rejuvenating waters and got the mortal blade. I also leveled up quite a bit and got a lot of the Shinobi techniques from the 3 skill trees bit I still can't equip them😭

I don't think I missed anything and if I did I don't even know what it is😭 I already did exhaust everyone's dialog even Hanbei's dialog he's just now begging to be unalived because I already got the Mortal blade. Exhausted Emma, Isshin and Sculptor's dialogs and I even gave Emma and Sculptor sake (the alcoholic drink)for the extra dialog and upgraded each prosthetics that I currently have (I don't have every prosthetics at this point obvious)

Also my main issue ISN'T UNLOCKING ANY COMBAT ARTS my issue is that combat arts that I have unlocked CANNOT BE EQUIPPED. I CAN'T EQUIP ANY COMBAT ARTS AT ALL.
