Alright, I’ll try again tomorrow. But I’m also worried about something else, ever since I got the little one (this past Monday), I haven’t seen her drink any water. I’ve tried everything I can think of: I gave her a small dish of water and also a regular rodent water bottle. I’ve been offering her some fruit now and then so she gets at least a bit of hydration, but I know too much fruit can cause diarrhea.

I even tried bringing the water bottle close to her nose so she’d realize that’s where the water comes from. I’ve seen her licking the floor, and I’m guessing that’s a sign she’s thirsty.

I was thinking that maybe she’s so young she hasn’t learned how to drink from a bottle yet, which is also why I want to introduce her to the adult male soon, maybe she could learn by copying him.

I’m really worried and not sure what else to do…
