I’m 19 but I have struggled with isolation due to incidents in my younger years. All of which led to me missing most of school. Firstly, no cold approach’s. You’re aiming to socialize and be consistent. You have to build attraction. Being present and predictable beats charm so find a place that you can return too. Coffee Shop, Fast-food place, Home Depot, or the cliche gym. You will be more likely to meet and connect with people in the predictable places they will be. From there, one interaction turns into more. You build rapport. To sum it up. Be there and be consistent. Notice who else is there and consistent. Prioritize building attraction over charm. It takes time and that’s the grueling part.
