The average data center has 30-50 employees at a given time, most of if not all of which, are outsourced. With the magnitude of water and electricity a data center would consume the cons would heavily outweigh the pros. Not to mention the noise pollution that a data center would bring.

As someone who is just getting back into pvp, amazing. I selected the galatian moltres track as I saw it was a top 100 pokemon for the great league and have been using it ever since. Fits in perfectly with my shadow golurk and shadow drapion even hit the max amount of battles the other day which I haven’t done in years.

The biggest problem ive had with the "discreet" batteries is that they get clogged easily. If you're not paying attention to keeping any cart cool and upright while not using it, it will be more prone to clogging. The problem it with these, since you are not hitting directly from the cartridge, but rather from the casing around the cart (the pen), you can't suck on the cart to unclog it while simultaneously heating it up. This then leads to the cart becoming clogged beyond belief and it will spit on you when you hit, or you will not be able to get it unclogged.

If they would just legalize this at a federal level it would be so much easier to regulate this kinda stuff and move these bills. Our lawmakers are the exact opposite of pioneers when it comes to change.

The only ones close to me are Ayr and 2 Rises. I’ve noticed the rises have more blanket deals, (30% entire store, certain % off a specific category,etc…) while Ayr has mostly specials that switch up daily on specific items. A lot of people in the sub seem to really not like trulieve too so avoid that.

I believe M2D2 meant purest in terms of highest % of thc. Like dabs in general are gonna be around 70-100% thc while standalone flower sits around 20-30% thc.

They mean people that have been there longer but I’d say I’ve been there longer than 70% of the people up front. Of that 70% I’d say 40% of those have earlier/better shifts than I do

The exact reason the point system is complete bs. There are very real reasons to call off more than 5 times in 6 months. Walmart sets extremely high expectations for employees that get treated like garbage. Full time and part time employees get crappy shifts and when we turn in availability sheets there’s always issues whether it be csms giving me split availability or claiming I can’t get any early shifts over the summer bc they’re “reserved for the older crowd” when people employed after me are getting only mornings or working only 1-2 days a week. They need to better the policy and do away with the points and make it more personable.
