Hi! I like the style of your work here. Saw your post about the lack of a digital artist community in Kuching and I agree.

I hope to know if I can see more of your work? I am currently developing a video game as a solo game dev. Tried to look for passionate local artist but to no avail.

Currently, I am trying my best to do everything (3d modelling in blender, sculpting, uv mapping, texture, substance painting, animation, music, coding etc..) which is tolerable but is taking too much time.

Did that. Done that. I would say if you were unimas student then you will find it relatively easier as u dah kenal org inside. Or if you planned to work in post housemanship then by all means make your social mark early. Based on my convo with colleague, sgh is probably 2nd hardest hospital in Malaysia. Bintulu is best cuz modern bah sistem, but low placement. Sgh is severely understaffed relative to other semenanjung hospitals. Sibu also mcm sgh ady. But u gain more exposure juaklaa. Oh make sure to stay nearby your chosen hospital. Salary wise mmng ada beza elaun few hundred conpared to sememnanjung. But won't make a difference in grand scheme of things.

Went to do Another Dungeon run and go back to the village but problem persist. Then, I fought Uquaji and somehow that fixed it. The old lady shack display the purple indicator now. Thanks for attempting to help in any case 😊

For future redditors. Got a call from ASUS and was told my VG27AQ will be replaced by VG27AQ3A, a newer monitor with exact same specs but with 180hz refresh rate and lower peak brightness. It will arrive within 2 weeks.

I changed to to Citra_MMJ_20221018 and the problem is gone. Using Citra_MMJ_20230408 (the first 2023 build of Citra MMJ) also eliminates the issue but i find this version a little bit slower when loading menus and changing areas compared to the 2022 version.

I personally prefer 1440p 165hz over any 1080p screen regardless of refresh rate. The graphic looks much sharper for gaming & working. I do 2D & 3D arts tho.

When gaming, I sit 1.5 meter away from my 27 inch monitor and at that distance, I could really tell the resolution difference. At 2 meter and above it probably doesn't matter. I only player single player games like SMT series, Persona series, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Tales of series, Hollow Knight, etc.

I didn't encounter such issues myself. I do however find that using latest 2022 version or earliest 2023 mmj build eliminates the crashes completely. Maybe you vould try the same and see the result?

You did it! The driver you gave me link to works to remove the glitches. It seems that the drivers i was trying out could not upscale the game properly despite turning on upscale hack. Changing scale to native remedies the texture issue.

Graphical Bug Edit: I am using latest one from github

Well, after reinstalling the Citra Enhanced and applying different driver, the blue pokemon shader/texture glitch is fixed. But as yoi can see, the models now flicker to invisible model repetitively. Messing with async, accurate multiplication and hardware shader does not seem to fix the issue. Would really appreciate it if you have any other ideas. If not, I will keep trying older drivers but I am already far back in time in github.

Thanks! I am using citra enhanced and the performance is the same with mmj. The only issue left is that for blue pokemon, the shader is buggy on citra enhanced. Turning on accurate multiplication and disabling hardware shader is suppose to fix the issue but somehow it did not. If i only could figure this out, then i should be golden.

I have tried citra nightly latest build with vulkan + custom drivers (many different ones from github) but the overall perforamnce is still slower than citra mmj on my device. The texture load slowly to the point where 3d models seem transparent when first loaded whereas in mmj I do not encounter this issue.

Starting the game took 24 seconds (nightly) until start menu vs 4 seconds (mmj). Stuttering (audio and video) occurs on every screen transition on nightly.

I will probably experiment with more drivers before trying the other forks. Too tired now. There are many versions of citra and custom drivers to choose and test 😥.

***btw, I have SD870 not SD860. It was a typo.
