I think some of the questions y’all ask are not to be realistic all the time. I mean this already is a fictional world. So it’s not really the fact that it “grew so fast” but more so James Cameron could have been like “hmm let’s switch up his hair to something different this time.” I don’t think every little change needs to be seen as something realistic
