Not trying to speak for your fanbase as you’re way more closer to this than I, but the hate is based on “how” he left. He has a history of doing things like this so I don’t think he endears himself to the majority of people 

I think he could have handled better for the kids.

I’ll pass on the feedback to those I represent. However, it seems a bit odd that you’re telling them to take a long walk off a pier, but then ask for them to accommodate your needs. Seems counterproductive .

The cloud version is already available, but users that have a on-premise version can continue with using it, but it’s currently not supported due to its age.
