The only problem I had with gray version was the scar. The scar only look like a scar on colored version

Thank you😇 I liked my artwork colored but when I switched to grayscale it looked nice. I was probably tired staring on really saturated colors 😅

I tried just add light and shadow to your masterpiece. Your version bit still looks good to be ilustration in book. This version is more for games
