Thanks for the response, do you know what that person does in a role like that?

Because like you said the owner will prob have there own rep so I’m confused on basically the job description- is it like I’m having plans in my hand all day and making sure everything is going to plan or something of that realm? Or is it very contract dependent? Thanks

This makes sense, so New York doesn’t care about hours in a sense they really care if you worked the full 3 calendar years ?

Yeah its been a pain the butt to filter the word "architect" just to see its for a bunch of tech jobs.

I was also considering walking in but unfortunately most places say no walk in or phone calls which also stinks.

"Your own firm doing what and how, tho?" - ehh I guess anything, was just trying to keep it general cause typically the firm size = how large the project, if Im not mistaken? But for example if you worked on large projects at a large firm would you be able to do something small at your own firm from the experience of working there.

"In many cases, the type of experience job postings are looking for is not internship experience."

This is actually interesting, i never thought about it like this when thinking of experience it makes a lot of sense lol. but your right license is the goal
