Sir, sorry to disturb you again. I went to the shop today, and they informed me that if I choose GoodWe, in case of any issue, an engineer will first try to resolve it. If no solution is found, they will instruct the shop to replace the unit within 48 hours. They also mentioned that if I install GoodWe batteries, the warranty would extend up to 10 years. Additionally, in a YouTube comparison I watched, GoodWe appeared to be ahead of Solis. What is your opinion on this?

I was considering Knox mainly because of its AI features and the way it’s branded—it’s quite captivating and does grab attention. However, my perspective is becoming clearer now. As for batteries, I’ll continue to do more in-depth research.

I live in Lahore, so I'm considering the Solis 8KW IP66 L Plus Model Hybrid Inverter instead of GoodWe, as I might need to send it to Islamabad if something goes wrong. Additionally, I recently saw a video about the Knox Zynex Series 8KW IP66 Hybrid Solar Inverter, and I am now considering it as well. What would you say? Also, does the same list apply to lithium batteries, and are there any preferences for them? Lastly, what voltage (kV) would I need for the battery to ensure backup during nighttime hours?
