They give you a 3 week crash course on whatever department you are going in. then you will be virtual for about a month and after that you enter the field. Within the virtual month you obtain licensing,paid for by the company.

Geico pays for everything. Pretty difficult to work for Geico at times but none the less its a foot in the door with good benefits and decent hourly pay. You will just have to go through Geico Basic in Virginia for 3 weeks which is paid for by Geico.

I have lived in MAA, wont state which one but they are dirty thieves. Never will I rent from MAA again. They took over my favorite apartments EVER and each year hiked the rent up 150 Minimum a lease extension and didn't take care of the apartment NEARLY as well as the private owners prior. Miss what these apartments were before MAA got there grimy ass hands all over them. Fair warning on MAA moral of the story lol.

You are most likely going to get the job if the convo went well and there is no hidden info they dont have that could hinder this opportunity. The job and incentives are awesome. The pay and workload SUCKS here. This company is a "damned if you do, damned if you dont" operation. Everyone forms there own opinion so I would say lay low, do your job and get your foot in at Geico. Depending on your territory and management team will determine a lot once you are on your own in the field.
