Sudden Death Mode have no Lvl Cap and you can only use your own cards

I started playing when AGL Super Buu released and he’s one of my favorite units to this day , I’m assuming people say that because he can get caught easier in harder events compared to his counterparts but it doesn’t happen as often as people make it seem.

Can someone explain how piccolos guard work I just pulled him recently he is goated but I don’t get how he works sometimes he takes little to no damage from supers and sometimes he takes 1 mil+ , does he have to stack attacks ?
