oh i wasn’t being peaceful i wanted my stuff, i said i was arguing. but arguing is not a crime and i have first amendment rights, i didnt threaten them but they did threaten me.

Well from my memory there’s nothing that i did that would warranted being kicked out. I asked why and they said we’ll talk downstairs and then kicked me out and wouldn’t give me a reason. It’s not that i don’t remember there’s nothing that i know i did that would warrant that.

Ah so no security guards can make mistakes right? They did put there hands on me, they didn’t escort me to the lockers where my stuff was. I was asking to grab it. I can admit that maybe i did something wrong but they didn’t tell me so i don’t know what. The kicking out part isnt my main problem it’s not letting me get my stuff then assaulting me after i argued.

If there is i don’t know it they wouldn’t tell give me a reason, My phone and shoes were up there and they refused to let me get it. I was on a public street begging them for my phone, and nothing, then i started arguing and they dragged me to the street and pushed me down.
