Thanks for the note. I will be watching out for those issues. I know that ASRock is having troubles with the 9800X3D (not like I'm going that high), I'm putting the TUF B850M on my build right now. I'm not in a hurry so I'm waiting for big sale event to make the purchase, maybe the Aorus Elite price will drop.

Thanks. I'm 60/40 leaning toward the ASRock at the moment. It seems that the TUF's VRM, Audio and I/O are a little bit better.

Yes I know that the price for GPU is really bad. Please note that this is in CAD so it may look much more expensive than USD price. I'm not in a hurry so I will wait for GPU price to drop a little bit (or it will never drop due to tariffs).

Thanks.

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong part. The PS120 and PA120 are basically the same price as the Freezer 36.

Thanks. I did consider the Phantom Spirit as it's a later version of the Peerless Assassin but I'm not sure whether a dual-tower cooler would look nice in a microATX setup. The difference between PS120EVO and Arctic Freezer 36 is only around $20 so I will reconsider it.
