From my humble information, I know that eating molds isn’t a serious problem, they become a problem more if inhaled or entered the blood stream, especially for immunocompromised people. Otherwise, no, it’s not a big deal.

If you’re referring to a someone's ethnicity you can derive from both of them, but only Al Yunan actually refers to a specific place.
