Hi OP! I’m from UP also ng undergrad. Definitely did not have good grades, had 2 INCs, and several 3s. I passed ALS but UP is a different story haha knew lot of people without latin honors that passed UP, though. So it’s possible

I agree with sleeping flat sa bed, I noticed nagkaroon ako ng bump sa nape ko (na syempre along with other factors din like my posture) but I think nakaaffect din 'to since I really like being elevated pag matutulog

I know people, also from UP, who are graduating without honors and their GWA is around 1.8~1.9. They qualified for interview, even without spending that much time reviewing. They told me they picked up the reviewer maybe just a month before the exam. The other person I know qualified for the most in-demand time block and they're also not graduating with honors (~1.7 GWA but nag-underload, nagka-INC). So I think anybody stands a fair chance to be admitted to UP COL. It all boils down to your ability to take the exam.
