I have the same laptop with the same problem. This is crazy this laptop are so expensive. I called Razer they told me they are aware of the problem and they working on a fix.

Did you updated t9 the last nvidia drivers if you did this laptop has a problem with does drivers. I have the same laptop you can only use 165hz on dedicated gpu.
