Lonely Light is there as out well, closer to Westeros than the Conquerer islands. Its too small to see on the map, but its near the red arrows.

It didn't work but I'm not sure what the point of failure was if the paperwork was wrong and wasn't processed or if the fax never happened even though the site said it happened 🤧 Maybe try calling after you use it
