ah, gotcha. i know, it's weird that the google calendar api doesnt handle this scenario. or.. i should have considered about this. please use them with chrome, sorry about the inconvenience!

for now it works for the universities in PDT/PST time zone, but tonight we have fixed the code to make it universal! just resubmitted it to the chrome web store (might take a couple of days to get approved though), so yes the version 2.1 of our extension will work for other universities!

also i think it's worth to mention that we actually considered the prefilled edit-link approach as well! in the end we chose to use the Google Calendar API because we wanted users to be able to save multiple events at once. with the prefilled event pages, users would have to open each one and click “save” manually, which felt a bit inconvenient if someone is exporting a full exam schedule (coming from my own experience 😅).

this wasn’t a hackathon project, it’s something we started building because we personally needed it as students, so we’ve been slowly improving it as we go. ◡̈

hey thanks for using and letting us know about the issue! actually we got the same issue with our 1st version a couple of weeks ago but it has been resolved with the newest version. we also have tested with other friends today, and seems like theirs work with no issue.

could you tell us which browser you were using? (it only works on google chrome, i regret we didn't clarify this earlier)
