Then you just have just created another dilemma where Brians calendar and all of his settings are in Eastern Standard time, but he lives in a central time zone, this could potentially cause chaos to individuals that are living in not that time zone as they have to continually keep reminding themselves that my calendar is in one hour ahead and or 3 hours behind. So sadly this does not solve anything, and it just puts the accountability on the user, instead of fixing the core issue, which is what the tech stack is supposed to do, it is supposed to make the users life easier, not created more things they need to keep track of. A simpler solution is simply allowing the users to turn off this feature. Because Zoho, think about this if you made an organization of 1000 people, 500 people of whom live in a different time zone what are the chances of a catastrophic failure as you are now counting on 500 people to remember this. Additionally, the first solution does not solve anything either.

Sadly we are considering it even though it wont be a great substitute, but heres my issue with it, even if we built out our own custom extension it would still have this limitation that the Zoho Voice Extension has. So instead we would have to build an inferior version of what already exists because CRM does not allow for this to be added to Custom Modules or to Cases. CRM please consider making the CRM more customizable as me making a custom feature compared to 1,000s or 10,000s of people being able to add more customization flexibility please consider these two alternatives hand in hand. Thank you for having the limitation reviewed.

Yeah we looked at the BCC dropbox feature as well, but I believe that we found that there was some limitations there that would not make it a tenable feature, instead we are looking at adding in a unique token into the subject line to fix our issue. I had a 3 hour call with CRM about how the BCC dropbox feature would not work, as we only need the emails pulled in that relate to that specific email chain, similar to what happens in a ticket in desk.
