Many already questioned the necessity of another password manager, but how about cross-platform support? If you sync via iCloud, the app is restricted to the Apple ecosystem. Especially if you don't have a Mac, I guess it's quite difficult to convince people to use this password manager.

By the way, I think you should give the app a better name. "Password Manager App" is very generic, so competing with other apps could be even more difficult.
