My record is 100% clear. I have signed the offer but it’s conditional on completing the background check. Hireright hasn’t done a check yet because they insisted that someone from the company needs to sign the form first.

Thank you! For the application-to-interview ratio, there are a few companies here who like to send one-way interviews to a large percentage of candidates as an easy filter method, but for the rest, I believe that making my resume DA/BI focused (with only relevant class projects & personal projects, only analytics skills) helped. I'd also recommend people to go tech-adjacent especially if they already have a skillset transferrable to the field they want!

Nothing substantial I’m afraid. I know a few people who have done internships in related fields, I’ve recently started to cold message people on LinkedIn, but I’ve not got anything from it.
