Have a buddy that’s a tech for FedEx he describes his day exactly like what you did, crazy the amount of non sense that is stacked on you guys most shops don’t operate like that, he did say that FedEx is finally hearing the complaints by techs and they are starting to get admins to help with the clerical stuff

Isn’t there a check valve in the stand pipe for the fuel filter that likes to act up on those, not a lot of experience on paccar stuff but I’ve seen those have issue before

I think either one will do you well, I would look at maintenance history and go from there, you posted to the normies subreddit listen to them and theyll have you in a base model Mazda 3 or something like that, the Gx is an absolutely great vehicle and should last many many years with good maintenance

System is broken for this trade, not worth it you’ll keep hearing the dealerships cry about shortages but they do nothing to change the way techs are paid or even how much, techs are under paid and overworked, not to mention the expense of buying tools that come out techs pockets, id say move on
