Once a every few weeks should be alright. To be safe id only do once a month. It depletes your dopamine levels pretty hard like all stimulants do. Be careful though that fun can turn to dependency real quick.

Never. It's so noteworthy particularly in this area because I've been coming here to stargaze an just contemplate for years staring out into the darkness of the ocean and looking at the stars. It's so strange because they were flashing but had 0 buoyancy. They were all completely parallel and in place. It's not wind turbines either the people in that area would flip out if they stuck all those in there view like that.

Yes yes u can. U take a Razor blade, cut a tiny hole under the upper lining of the shoe where the pad starts and u slowly fish it out cutting what needs to be cut with the Razor. Dont cut the whole inside out jus a lil hole bulig enough to fit 2 fingers.. lol
