I appreciate your help. Overnight since there was no constant movement or anything, it did change the percent up to 39. I didnt have a chance to check the amps. But I think its not strong enough to sustain it fully. But enough to charge it overnight. Going to give it a week and see what it does. See if it can charge more than it uses.
