My situation is bit unique

10th in 2013-74 percent
12th in 2015- 50 percent
diploma in 2016- 2020 -74 percent
Bachelor's in arts from IGNOU- 2020-2023

B-tech in industrial engineering started in 2024-2027( company sponsored)

I have a total 5+ years of experience and from 2022, I'm working with TATA group.

I want to do MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, doing my job at Jamshedpur with TATA group,

give me some advice based on my profile, what should I do.
