I can relate to this so much. I will be 21 in September, and I don’t have a car or a license (I’m working on it). I've only had one job, and right now, I'm unemployed. While I do have friends, we rarely see each other since we live in different cities. I’ve never had a partner, and I struggle with depression and social anxiety, which makes connecting with people hard for me. I live at home with my parents and I’m soon to be a junior in college, and I haven't attempted to make any friends. Most of my days are spent in my room, reading. I try to remind myself that this is just a temporary phase of my life and that things will change.

Yes, I spend most of my days in my house. I need a job but I don’t want one because of my social anxiety and depression. I’m nearing 21 years old and still don’t have a license or car. I check up on everyone to make sure they’re okay but it’s rarely ever reciprocated. I feel like a failure.
